We have had a lot of families stay, and extended families (family with kids, and their parents) with fantastic feedback and thank you emails. As a young family ourselves we pride ourselves on providing an apartment that considers everything to make you holiday with kids as stress-free as possible.

5. What is included in our Melbourne Family Apartment?

Our apartments are fully furnished. They include the linen, bedding and towels,TV, DVD, CD player, kids toys, books, dvd’s, wifi and full kitchen (automatic coffee machine, diswasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer). Also include washing machine and dryer.

6. What discounts are available?

We don’t offer any discounts, we strive to offer value for money for families and believe we are very competitive with the other apartments available. This is why our apartments are normally booked up months in advance, for some periods, a year in advance.

7. How do I arrange key pick-up?

We arrange this directly with you.

8. What is our cancellation policy?

We are not a hotel, when we reserve an apartment for you, it is just for you. If you cancel we potentially have a lose / lose situation, you lose your deposit, and we lose the additional rental amount. If you need to cancel please contact us asap so we can open up the calendar to attempt to re-book the apartment. If the apartment is re-booked for the same period we will refund your money less a $50 administration fee. Plans do change and not everything goes according to plan so we strongly recommend you take out travel insurance. We will happily provide you with an invoice and any other documentation you require for your travel insurance company.

9. Do we provide internet access?

We provide free Wifi access in all apartments.

10. What are your Check in and Check out times?

Check in time is from 1pm onwards and check out time is by 10am however depending on the other bookings, we can be flexible. We also have luggage storage available should we not be able to accommodate your request.

12. Do you charge for cleaning or have other charges?

We do not charge a check out cleaning fee as we incorporate the standard cleaning charge into our rental rate however excessive cleaning requirements where the check out procedures have not been followed, will be charged..

13. Do you provide linen, towels and bedding

All linen, bedding, towels, coffee/tea facilities are included, no need to carry any sheets or towels with you :) and no surcharge for the use. All our linen is cleaned by a professional hospitality laundry.

You just need to bring yourself and your clothes.

14. Do you have a front desk or office?

No, we do not have a front desk or office at the apartment however we are readily available by phone or email, with a lot of communication prior to your arrival, so we can assist with a smooth check in procedure.

15. Do you have carparking?

One carpark is included with each of the 3 bedroom apartments. If you have additional cars I can provide the details of an undercover carpark located over the road. They charge less than $10 for 24hrs, which is cheap for Melbourne standards.

16. Is there public transport close by?

Yes, Flinders Street station / Federation Square is a 5 minute walk, with trains, trams, the free city circle tram and the free city busy. There is also a tram stop diagonally over the road from the building too.
